I care about the part of frontend work you can prove: load times, conversion rates, accessibility audits, test coverage. Beautiful interfaces matter — but only when they hold up under real traffic and real users.
That means component-based architecture, real-time systems, and performance optimization with results you can point to in Core Web Vitals. It also means working closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers so the thing that ships is the thing that was promised.
